O envio é grátis para Portugal. Outros países terão um custo adicional apresentado na hora da compra.
Política de troca
A troca é GRATUITA, desde que o calçado não esteja danificado (incluindo a sola que não pode estar riscada). A encomenda deverá ser enviada por correio normal. O comprovativo do que foi gasto no envio da encomenda de volta deve ser guardado e mandado para o nosso email, para que possamos reembolsar, depois de confirmarmos que o calçado está nas condições originais.
Return Policy
In order to return, the package shall be sent back by regular mail. The receipt of what is spent when sending the order back must be kept and sent to our email, so we track it. Once reveceived, after confirming that the footwear is in the original conditions, we return the value of the shoes. The shipping cost is only returned if the client wishes an exchange instead of a refund. The client should contact the team in 30 days after receiving the shoes.
